    Claim Forms must be submitted online or postmarked by September 12, 2025.

  • Final Approval Hearing

    Monday, October 6, 2025
    The Final Approval Hearing is currently scheduled for October 6, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. CDT/CST. The Court is located in Courtroom 2008 of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit Court of DuPage County, 505 N. County Farm Road, Wheaton, Illinois 60187. If set by the Court, a remote Zoom Meeting ID will be made available on this website.
