    Requests for Exclusion must be postmarked or delivered by email to [email protected] by August 28, 2025.

  • Objection Date

    Thursday, August 28, 2025
    The deadline to file and serve an objection is August 28, 2025.

  • Claim Deadline

    Friday, September 12, 2025
    Claim Forms must be submitted online or postmarked by September 12, 2025.

  • Final Approval Hearing

    Monday, October 6, 2025
    The Final Approval Hearing is currently scheduled for October 6, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. CDT/CST. The Court is located in Courtroom 2008 of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit Court of DuPage County, 505 N. County Farm Road, Wheaton, Illinois 60187. You may attend the hearing virtually. Access the remote Zoom meeting by using the Meeting ID, 83998122298, and Passcode, 99006. Find additional Zoom meeting details in FAQ 22.
